I decided to rip up the old carpet in my home and replace it with hardwood to help keep the house feeling cleaner and smelling better overall. I am not the only one who switched to hardwood for similar reasons! This picture is a pile of dust from the hallway of a home after I ripped up the carpet. After removing the carpet and underlayment we were left with years of dirt that was trapped under it all.
